1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the contractual relationship between 388vin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the 388vin website and associated services, including casino games, sports betting, arcade titles, and related features (collectively, "the Services").

3 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of 388vin is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

Any account found to be held by an individual under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the original deposit amount returned subject to verification of the original payment method.
2. Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one 388vin account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to promptly update any details that change after registration.
4. Geographic Eligibility: It is your personal responsibility to ensure that accessing the 388vin Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 388vin does not warrant that the Platform is legal in all locations from which it may be technically accessible.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 388vin, its technology partners, or its game suppliers.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 388vin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 388vin strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Pakistani mobile number.

The following obligations apply with respect to account security:

• You must not share your 388vin login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including with individuals claiming to represent 388vin customer support. 388vin support staff will never ask for your password or OTP codes.
• You must notify 388vin support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5 Deposits & Payments

388vin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Retail Cash agents, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All deposits are credited to your 388vin balance in PKR at the prevailing conversion rate applicable at the time of transaction for cryptocurrency deposits.

The following conditions apply to all deposits on the 388vin Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount at 388vin is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier as specified in your account cashier section.
• Deposits must only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a KYC investigation.
• 388vin does not charge a deposit fee on any accepted payment method. However, your payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 388vin's control.
• Deposits credited to your account are available immediately for wagering purposes. 388vin does not hold deposits in a pending state under normal circumstances.
• If a deposit is later reversed, charged back, or disputed by your payment provider, 388vin reserves the right to reverse any associated wagering activity and any winnings generated from the disputed funds.

6 Withdrawals

388vin is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 5–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, and Meezan Bank are generally processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 16:00 PKT. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests on 388vin:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your 388vin account, unless a specific exemption is granted following a KYC review.
• Before processing a withdrawal, 388vin may require you to complete KYC verification by providing a copy of your CNIC or passport and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings generated from bonus funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement may be converted to withdrawable real money funds, subject to any maximum withdrawal limit specified in the relevant bonus terms.

• The minimum withdrawal amount at 388vin is Rs 500. 388vin does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, network and provider fees may apply.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

388vin offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all 388vin bonuses:

• 388vin bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use. Any attempt to exploit promotional terms — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of result — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-related winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering completed on certain game categories (as specified in individual bonus terms) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses are offered to individual account holders and may not be transferred between accounts.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general gaming rules apply across all 388vin products:

• All bets and gaming sessions at 388vin are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after they have been placed and confirmed, except where explicitly permitted under specific sports market cancellation rules.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 388vin platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 388vin reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all associated balances, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 388vin, whether under the same identity or a false identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage including registration, KYC verification, or support inquiries;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any systematic algorithm to influence game outcomes, place bets, or exploit platform features beyond the capacity of a human player;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer poker, blackjack, or other multi-player formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing mistakes that result in an artificial advantage — including but not limited to glitches that display incorrect bonus amounts or odds errors;
• Using 388vin for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity;
• Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after wagering deposited funds;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using insider information in relation to any sports betting market available on 388vin.

10 Responsible Gaming

388vin is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players and across all product categories. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take active steps to support affected individuals. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all 388vin account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts directly from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period before becoming active.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 388vin platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any portion of the 388vin platform or its content for commercial purposes;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the 388vin software or game engines;

Any unauthorised use of 388vin intellectual property will result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to legal proceedings under applicable intellectual property law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388vin's total liability to any player in connection with the Services — whether arising under contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

388vin shall not be liable for:

• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, or any other partner payment institution;
• Any actions taken by 388vin in compliance with its licensing obligations, KYC requirements, or AML policies, even where such actions result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your account.

Nothing in these Terms limits 388vin's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Termination of Accounts

388vin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request;
• Engagement in any of the Prohibited Activities described in Section 9 of these Terms;
• Receiving an instruction from a relevant regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency to do so;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy — inactive balances will be held in accordance with our dormant account procedures).

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 388vin account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player's last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering or KYC requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction specified in our international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 388vin, the following resolution procedure applies:

1. Stage 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to the 388vin customer support team via live chat or email at support@388vin.site. 388vin will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.

All parties agree that the dispute resolution procedure described above shall be the exclusive mechanism for resolving disputes arising under these Terms, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
